Ideally, lactic acid-forming bacterial cultures occur in a normal intestinal flora. - For the immune system

Preferably 1/2 hour before breakfast, add the contents of 1-2 sachets to approx. 100 ml water, stir and leave to stand for approx. 1 minute before drinking.
