Description
Magnesium Biomed ACTIV with cassis flavour is a drinking granulate with magnesium, potassium and vitamin C as a food supplement. The formulation is suitable for active people, young people and athletes. Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself:
- Magnesium and potassium contribute to the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system.
- Magnesium supports the electrolyte balance and helps maintain bones and teeth
- Magnesium and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Application
1 to 2 times a day, pour the contents of a Magnesium Biomed Activ sachet into a glass, fill up with water (approx. 150ml), stir well and drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Note
A person's normal requirement of magnesium is 300 to 400 mg per day. A deficiency can result in mild to severe disorders. There is an additional need for magnesium, for example, in high-performance sport, pregnancy, breastfeeding, alcohol abuse and during growth. The daily magnesium requirement can even double in these situations.
