Description
Magnesium Biomed Uno drinking granulate with orange flavour contains 300mg magnesium and is a 100% organic magnesium citrate that is particularly easy for the organism to utilise. Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself:

Application
Once a day, pour the contents of a Magnesium Biomed Uno sachet into a glass, fill up with water (approx. 150ml), stir well and drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

A person's normal requirement is 300 to 400 mg per day. A magnesium deficiency can result in mild to severe disorders. There is an increased need for magnesium, for example, in high-performance sport, pregnancy, breastfeeding, alcohol abuse and during growth.
